Tahm and Lissandra

So now that we have a King Of The River champ , with a Tentacules Skin , can we make a Queen Of The River Lissandra ? As a Lissandra fan , that skin concept is the best idea i've seen in all the creations , and i think its the perfect time to release it if you were working on it .
