(Rework concept) Mordekaiser, The Tyrant of Ruination

here is my concept fo a Mordekaiser rework inspired by the current kit, some of his bugs and characters from other MOBAs

> **Passive - Mortal Supremacy ** > this passive consists of two Parts > > Titanic Force > Mordekaiser's blows instill a sense of fear and worthlessness in his targets, disabling their Keystone for 3s, after these 3 seconds the same target cant be affected by this passive again for 3s > > Dragon Slayer > starting at lvl6, regardless of if he has taken any points in his ultimate or not, Mordekaiser's Auto Attacks apply "Mark of the Grave" on Dragons, killing or assisting in killing the Dragon grants Mordekaiser the Ghost of the Dragon


> Q - Harvester of Sorrows > this ability consists of a passive and an active > > Passive > Mordekaiser deals ramping Bonus Magic damage on his Auto Attacks scaling with AP and Resetting after the 4th AA, first AA deals 50 bonus Magic Damage, second AA deals 75, third deals 100 and fourth deals 125, each AA deals an additional 25 damage per 100 AP > > Active > Mordekaiser Smashes the ground with his morning star, dealing Magic Damage (+55% AP) in a cone in the chosen direction to all enemies and healing for 30% of the damage


> W - Curse of Ruination > Mordekaiser sends out a cloud of Black Mist in a chosen direction, the cloud travels slowly but ramps up speed as it goes, Mordekaiser and his Allies gain bonus movement speed while in the cloud, Mordekaiser gains 10% increased AP while in the cloud and enemies that enter the cloud take Magic Damage (+50% AP) and take reduced damage for every second still in the cloud


> E - Forbidden Magic > this ability has a passive and an active > > Passive > Mordekaiser can not build Mana or Mana Regen, instead, 70% of all Mana Built is converted to Health, and 70% of all Mana Regen is converted to Health Regen > > Active > Mordekaiser opens a tear between the realm of the living and the realm of the dead, spectral hands grab and hold down the Targeted enemy rooting them for 1.75s


> R - Children of The Grave > Mordekaiser marks all enemies Globally with "Mark of the Grave" for 10s, the first marked enemy during those 10s that is killed gives Mordekaiser their Ghost as a Pet, all enemies after that grant him 5 permanent AP up until all enemies are slain or until the 10s are over > > Mark of the Grave > enemies marked take Magic Damage (+60% AP) initially and then take Magic Damage (+45% AP) every 2 seconds

Mordekaiser main here and i absolutely hate this, sorry, i do love the abilities but id rather see it on a new champion instead. Mordekaiser is an Tank mage, hence why he has a shield and building ap health items only gave him a huge advantage, i deal massive amounts of damage with him so i see no reason for rework.

So, he can build mana, till he upgrades his E? That's kinda weird I think...
