Ideas for Assassin Reworks (Paper Kit)
This is going to be basically a bunch of paper fan-kits reworking a lot of the assassins. Feel free to give criticism, as I do not play a lot of assassin champions and this is simply trying to think about game systems. If this completely would ruin the champion for you feel free to tell me why.
Katarina
Gameplay base: Vulture (Make Katarina entirely based around securing a kill in teamfights)
Passive - Voracity: Getting a kill or assist on an enemy champion resets the cooldown on all of your non-ult spells. Last hitting a minion takes 1 second off all spells.
Q - Bouncing Blade: Bounces from enemy to enemy up to 5 times, marking all enemies hit and dealing magic damage. Damaging the enemy again will deal heavy percent missing health magic damage and consume the mark.
W - Sinister Steel: Katarina spins around, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies.
E - Shunpo: Jump to anything (wards, minions, monsters, champions), and deal some magic damage if that thing is an enemy. Your Shunpo can be cast at twice it's range against enemies below a certain percentage of health.
R - Death Lotus: Can only be cast when enemy champions are nearby, spin in place and deal percent missing health magic damage to all nearby enemies
Talon
Gameplay base: AOE Physical Damage Spam (Made for assassinating entire teams, but is also forced to be inside a teamfight and needs backup to not die in the process, the damage of every attack is rather low, but stacks up very quickly if played right.)
Passive - Rake: Whenever Talon damages an enemy with a spell, blades fly out from his cape forward in a cone, and then return back to him, depending on the direction his damage was thrown in relation to him, if he damages an enemy champion, it instead flies out in an AOE Circle around him. These blades scale with a percentage of your AD.
Q - Noxian Diplomacy: Passive - All physical damage dealt causes enemies to bleed for a few seconds, damage scaling with your AD. This bleed can be refreshed but not stacked. Active: Your next autoattack will deal bonus damage, proc spell effects, and give you true vision of the enemy you hit for a few seconds.
W - Cutthroat: Slash your arm blade forward and dash forward, damaging all enemies you pass through. This will also interrupt enemy channels
E - Hamstring: Talon blinks onto an enemy and deals physical damage from behind that enemy.
R - Shadow Assault: Turn invisible for a few seconds. After coming out of your invisibility, Rake will automatically proc as if you have hit a champion every half second for the next few seconds.
Diana
Gameplay base: Meteor (Smash into an enemy's sidelines and constantly try to work your way through the enemy team.)
Passive - Moonsilver Blade: Every 3 Auto Attacks, send out a crescent shaped wave of magic damage in a moderately sized cone.
Q - Crescent Strike: Diana sends out a moon shapes arc of light, dealing light magic damage to all enemies struck and inflicting them with "Moonlight". Enemies inflicted with moonlight move slower
W - Pale Cascade: Diana is (weakly) shielded and has 3 orbs spin around her, orbs deal magic damage to enemies on touch and are consumed when they damage enemies. If all 3 orbs are consumed, this spell can be immediately recast, but for 3 times the mana, this can happen again and again until it becomes too costly.
E - Moonfall: Diana strikes the ground, pulling in all enemies near her and slowing them.
R - Lunar Rush: Dash to a selected enemy in range and automatically send out an empowered version of the third Moonsilver Blade strike.
Akali
Gameplay Base: Predator (Akali will specialize in staying on a single enemy no matter how fast they try to run away.)
Passive - Twin Diciplines: AD gives spell vamp, AP gives on hit damage
Q - Mark of the Assassin: send out an axe as a skillshot, if it hits an enemy you deal bonus magic damage against them with every instance of damage dealt against them. This lasts for a few seconds. (scales with AP and AD)
W - Twilight Shroud: Place an AOE circle around a nearby enemy champion. This will cause you to turn invisible while near them, and cause them and enemy other enemy inside the circle to be grounded.
E - Crescent Slash: Spin in a circle dealing AOE magic damage (Scales with AP and AD)
R - Shadow Dance: Dash to an enemy, if the enemy is marked by your Q, you may freely recast it again and again (at the cost of energy of course)
Zed
Gameplay Base: Ambush (Harm enemies before they even know you're there)
Passive - From the Shadows: Spending time outside of enemy champion vision ranges, or in a bush (Wards and minions don't count against him) Causes the range on his next spell to be doubled. (Tripled for Living Shadow)
Q - Razor Shuriken: Throw out a shuriken in a skillshot, physically damaging all enemies hit (scales with Bonus AD).
W - Living Shadow: Send out a shadow that will copy any spell you do, but will deal magic damage instead of physical damage. Recast to swap places with your shadow.
E - Shadow Slash: Passive - All Armor Penetration gives the gold value equivalent in Magic Penetration Active - Spin in a circle, dealing physical damage
R - Death Mark: Create a shadow where you are standing and turn untargetable (and invisible, and unable to move or cast other spells) for a split second, marking an enemy with "death mark". After coming out of being untargetable you will show up next to your target. Recast ult to swap places with your Ult Cast shadow. After a few seconds, all damage done during the death mark will be dealt a second time.
