[CONCEPT] Aegis Line rework
The Aegis Line was always a very centered line for teamfighting as a Tank champion (general focus on the Vanguard subclass). And I would like to introduce some changes that would improve this direction:
Currently
works as a raw stats 2th tier component for 1100 gold. It provide 30 Armor & 30 Magic Resistance perfectly ballanced for the midgame where this item shines. But what if we add some situational power that can be seen as mechanics:
#Aegis of Legion (1300)
- Recipe: Null-Magic Mantle (450) + Cloth Armor (300) + 550
- Stats: 30 Armor, 30 Mr, 5 Enforce
- Enforce: Gain Mr/Armor (adaptive to enemy primary damage type) for every nearby "visible" enemy champion.
- Enemies turned stealth won't count as a nearby champion for 0.5 seconds
- Enforce only triggers when their are 2 or more enemy champions nearby
- Enemies turned stealth won't count as a nearby champion for 0.5 seconds
- Enforce: Gain Mr/Armor (adaptive to enemy primary damage type) for every nearby "visible" enemy champion.
For 200 more gold the item will recieve a new passive as a stat (similar to the upcomming haunting guise changes). Enforce on Aegis of Legion will provide you 5 Armor or Magic Resistance for every visible nearby enemy champion. The range is similar to the current stone skin passive from Gargoyle Stoneplate.
New Mechanics Enforce will update itself continuously. The moment an enemy is visible & nearby you will gain Armor or Magic Resistance depending on the enemy primary damage type. So if he deal mostly AP damage you will recieve magic resistance and when he deals mostly AD damage you will recieve armor. The stat check this for each enemy champion individually so you can get armor from one champion and mr from another one. The enemy primary damage source is determed ones you directed him visible inside your range and it won't update mid-fight.
When a champion within your range (where you gain mr or armor from) turns stealth. You will lose the stats gained from that champion. Ones the champion apears out of stealth within your range you will have a 0.5 seconds delay upon recieving them back. This 0.5 seconds delay also counts for champions that come out of stealth.
To give an example: A rengar that ults and jump on you won't be detected as a nearby champion until 0.5 seconds after he apears. All damage done within this 0.5 seconds is done without the stats gained from enforce from the Rengar.

#Locket (2400)
- Aegis (1300) + Null-Magic Mantle (450) + 650
- Stats: 30 Armor, 60 Mr, 6 Enforce
During the price increase on aegis with 200 & the added stats. Locket becomes 200 gold more expensive in total cost. Definitely worth the stats.
#Gargoyle Stoneplate (2500)
- Aegis (1300) + Stopwatch (600) + Ruby Crystal (400) + 200
- Stats: 200 Heath, 40 Armor, 40 Mr, 10 Enforce
- Active Unchanged
- STONE SKIN passive removed
This is more of a tweak than buff or nerf and numbers might change.
#Zeke's Convergence (2500)
- Aegis (1300) + Glacial Shroud (900) + 300
- Stats: 60 Armor, 30 Mr, 6 Enforce, +10% cooldown reduction, 250 Mana
- Active unchanged
A slight increase in price. Numbers might change.
