Replace Blind pick with team builder

Team builder did more to teach me about this game than blind pick did.

I learned multiple roles

I wanted the shiny icons

I learned new champions

I'd start a team looking for people who were trolling when i wanted to have fun, and then everyone agreed to it because we all saw before the match started.

It was cool, I learned how to jungle, i learned about team comps, and i was willing to wait longer than normal blind pick would take.
