Concept is nice, but numbers could use some tweaking.
Consider this combo: Ult -> engage with E -> auto -> Q -> auto It deals 450 + 806% total AD. And comparing to a Talon (who is an AD assassin) full combo: R -> W -> auto -> R (return) -> Q (crit) -> auto (triggers passive) -> W (return) It deals 1093 + 200% AD + 665% bonus AD
Let's remove base AD from the equations (considering lvl 18) Guts deals 450 + 1064 + 806% bonus AD. Talon deals 1093 + 242 + 865% bonus AD.
Your champion has pretty much the same burst potential than a Talon, can ignore mana costs, has a pretty sturdy deffensive tool and gets two very strong steroids (his passive and ult) for extended fights. And he heals for 20% of that.
