[Champion Concept] Reina, the Dual Wielding Sword Master

**Appearance: ** Unfortunately I can't draw :( But I'll try to describe her as best as I can. Reina has brunette hair with her hair tied back. She's in her early 20s and is young to the Fields of Justice. She wears nothing else but an armored vest showing her cleavage and her shapely body. She carries two short swords on her back and brings them out only to fight. She wears black tight shorts since she has no shame in showing her body.

Passive - Master of the Swords

While in combat, Reina gains 40 attack damage until she leaves the combat.

Q - Blitz Attack Reina dashes to the targeted champion and dealing (40/45/50/55/60) (+10/20/30/40/50 bonus AD) damage to the target.

Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 Mana Cool down: 7/6/5/4/3 Range: 450

W - Way of the Sword Reina roars out and gains movement speed. (55/75/95)

Cost: None Cool down: 15/9/7/5/0

E - Strike Reina slams her swords onto the champion's feet (35/55/75/95/115) (+25 Bonus AD) stunning him. After the stun duration the champion then bleeds (15/20/25/30/35) out for 1.5 second.

Cost: None Cool down: 20/17/15/12/9 Range: 325

R - Tri-Slash Reina attacks the enemy champion in an triangular attack cutting him several times to deal (175/275/375) (+200 bonus AD) and finishes off her target with a final blow dealing damage depending on how much health he has (15/20/25% of the missing health)
