Will Sweet Heart Annie become a legacy/event only skin?

The skin looks amazing and the splash art is some of the best Riot has put out there. I'm wondering if this skin will be available only for a limited time (Like valentines day) that way I know if I have time to to get it or if I should rush to get it ASAP before it leaves the shop.

I haven't seen anything saying that It'll be legacy. The Debonair and Heartseeker skins aren't legacy despite being Valentine's skins, so I'd imagine it's sticking around.

I love the splash for it, but I probably won't get it. I have Panda Annie and I don't play her enough as it is.
