Sion Skins/chromas brain storm

Sion in my opinion needs a new skin. It has been 4 years since his last one. He has had his rework and possibly should get a skin. Or the second option a chroma like one could give him a pallet similar to old Sion then I don't know. Tell me possible skin/chromas in the comment or tell me why Sion doesn't deserve a skin and another champ does.
