Some item set improvements that could make teaching players and sharing ideas very very efficient

Idea one:

Item sets should be able to worked on offline. Since they are saved to your computer, not to your account, you should be able to edit the files without internet access or mad hacking skills. I know a bit about code, but there's no way I can do that as is. Way beyond me

How does this help?

It would allow people to work on revising items sets when they can't play because their internet is down or they are somewhere without web access.

Idea two:

Item sets should be able to be shared as a file.

How does this help?

This would allow friends to give better feedback on itemization and to swap ideas much more fluidly, especially if the friends aren't often online at the same time (different time zones, weird job times, etc).
