(nameless champion concept) Planetary commander
What is this champion and where did it come from? Basically, I got this idea sitting in my astronomy class after playing a game of Orianna. This champion is, essentially, a planet. I'll get into the lore later in this post.
Obviously needs fine tuning, but this is the basic concept for the champion's kit.
Champion Overview: Short range (300-450), AP-based tank that deals physical and magic damage. Intended to be a hard engager for team fights and to soak up a lot of damage at close range. Focuses on tankiness and likely uses mana.
Enemies: Diana, Viktor Allies: Leona, Ezreal
Passive: Gravitation
Part 1: Skillshots curve slightly towards this champion. Skillshots that wouldn't've hit the champion if they didn't curve deal 10% less damage(sorry Rito, that one could be a headache). However,
's crescent slash is an exception to this portion of the passive (because of lore and also just for the sake of the programmer's sanity).
Part 2: The planetary commander gains a shield based on how close their moons to them. This shield is refreshed every 8 seconds out of combat. If he champion's moons become further from the champion, the shield size decreases, and so it decays down to the new value over 3 seconds. Likewise, the shield size increases over 3 seconds when the moons get closer.
Part 3: When not being manipulated, the champion's moons orbit the champion at the distance they are stationed.
Q: Gravitational slingshot: Causes this champion's first moon to orbit him/her closely (melee basic attack range) for up to 2 seconds. When the two seconds are up or after being reactivated, the moon is fired in a target direction (default direction is straight in front of the champion if it is not recast). The longer the moon orbits, the further it travels. On its path, it knocks aside enemies, dealing physical damage. Enemies hit directly are instead pushed with the moon and stop just beyond where it does.
W: Alter Orbit:
Passive: Enemies near the second moon are slowed when moving away from it and allies moving towards it move faster. These effect increase the closer the unit gets to the moon. The slow scales with armor, and the movement buff scales with magic resist.
Active: Causes the second moon to move. Assuming it never hits an enemy champion, it travels to the targeted location, then back to the champion, and then finally stops at the target location. If it collides with an enemy champion on its path, it stops, interrupting any channels. No damage is caused by this spell. The moon travels faster based on your maximum health, up to a cap.
E: <No name yet> : Moves the third moon. As it travels, it reaches its maximum speed halfway to it's targeted location, and then drops down in speed again as it passes that point. The faster the moon is travelling, the more magic damage it deals. This deals half damage to enemies in a radius around the first enemy struck and then to each enemy after the first. None of these instances of damage stack. Once the moon has struck 3 or more enemies or has reached the target location, it stops. The range on this spell is short and the cooldown is long. This is meant to be a backline crushing spell that scales with ability power and health.
R: Convergence: All of the moons begin to closely orbit the champion (think melee basic attack range) and enables the casting of Galaxy Shift. If any other spells are cast before Galaxy shift (not counting summoner spells), then Convergence goes on a 15/10/5 second cooldown.
Galaxy Shift:
The champion and the moons ignore unit collision while the champion makes a dash. This dash length is comparable to the range of
's ultimate and cannot be disabled. All crowd control applies to the champion upon arrival. Upon arrival, unit collision returns to the champion and the moons charge a short distance from the champion, instantly refreshing the passive shield before they charge. Enemies hit by the moons take physical and magic damage (50/50 split) and are massively slowed (both scale off of bonus armor and magic resist). Then the moons return to orbit the champion, granting +1/2/4% armor and magic resist per moon while it orbits. The orbit lasts 6 seconds, after which the moons slow to a halt over the course of 1.5 seconds.

Lore: Diana once decided to make fun of Ezreal, saying, "If you're are such a good explorer, why can't you explore the moon and the stars?"
Ezreal decided he should prove Diana wrong, so he got Viktor's help to find a way for him to explore the stars. Not fully understanding, Viktor found a way to, instead of send Ezreal into space, to bring the stars and planets to him. As his miniaturization beam took a planet and then his tractor beam brought it to Ezreal, the planet awoke and was horrified to be taken from its home. Leona, knowing that her sister had been the initial cause of the issue, sided with the being and vowed to help return it home. She brought the being to the League of Legends with Ezreal's help, where some of the summoners are hoping to find a way to return the being to its home in the stars.
Emotes: Note he/she has a very deep, otherworldly voice Jokes: "Laughter doesn't increase the lifetime of one who doesn't need to breathe." "I may be dense, but that's what makes me strong."
Taunts: "I don't think you understand the gravity of the situation." "You've been attacking me? I don't see any new craters yet."
Dance: Uses his/her atmosphere to sculpt a statue of garen, which then proceeds to spin the planet like a basketball.
Laugh: Planets bounce up and down and he laughs very deeply.
Death:
Lots of craters form and then the moons crash into the planet, creating a pile of

Spawn: "At least my job commute isn't very far, relatively speaking."
Revive: "Aaaaaaaand I reform again. Usually that takes longer."
