Can we please use a different image for the MIA ping? No more "?" ping spams PLEASE

I'm getting so sick of people spamming the ? ping at each other. It's super obnoxious, it adds to toxicity, and people can use it as a way to blame each other w/o it appearing in the game chat log. I'm just sick of it. Could we have like a little "MIA" pop up instead or something?
