Half the skins and splash arts of women on League have their boobs hanging out of their bra, can have Gragas drinking alcohol, but your excuse for Graves not having a cigar is because you don't want to encourage kids to smoke? WTF?! I get smoking can kill you and all but alcohol and sex can ruin your career, or heck, your love life if you're married/dating. WTF?!

It's something about having smoking tied to a base skin though, and Riot trying to appeal to a "global" market. Personally if it has anything to do with China I'd say screw it. Let them be unhappy, we'll fix things when they stop copying our work.
