Passive - Vicious Mockery: Whenever Trump finishes a full taunt animation with an enemy within 450 units, the nearest enemy is taunted for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Taunts are interrupted by champion/turret/monster damage only. If this effect occurs on a target currently taunted by Trump they are instead stunned for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds and are prevented from going over walls with anything for 20 seconds. Trump has a unique taunt for every none-white-male-human champion.
Q - Mexicans Will Pay For It: Whenever Trump deals damage to an enemy, 1/2/3/4/5 gold is stolen from that enemy. Minions and monsters affected by this have their kill gold reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 per hit, but more gold can be gained then is normally produced by the minion or monster. Champions affected like this have a 1 second cooldown before it can proc again. Additionally, when activated Trump gains 10/30/50/70/90% attack speed for 4 seconds and the passive loses it's cooldown for the duration. 16 second cooldown.
W - Skipping Out: Whenever Trump enters combat this ability becomes able to be activated for 3 seconds. When triggered, this ability will return him to his location 5 seconds ago with 30/35/40/45/50% of damage taken during those 3 seconds healed. This ability can only be used if all enemy champions have spent at least 1 second outside a 450 unit radius of Trump in the last 15 seconds. 35/31/27/23/19 second cooldown.
E - Grab Em By The Pu***: Trump reaches out and grabs a enemy within his attack range. The enemy is placed over Trumps location while being stunned for 2.5 seconds. This ability deals full auto attack related damage, but does not count as an auto attack for effects requiring it. If a female is grabbed, this ability deals double damage and taunts all other females within 450 units for 2/2.5/3 seconds. Enemies taunted this way take 50/45/40/35/30% reduced damage from Trump for the duration, but also deal 10/15/20/25/30% reduced damage to Trump. 11 second cooldown.
R - The Wall: For the next 10 seconds Trump is able to hold R over any location of the map and fill it with a 100 unit wide wall circular piece of wall. Dragging the cursor will make the wall 'paint' the wall along the ground. During this time, for every 1000 square units filled with this effect, Trump loses 30/22.5/15 gold. This ability cannot build a wall where a champion currently occupies. If Trump runs out of gold while this ability is active it goes on cooldown. The walls built in this manner last until either Trump dies, the rest of Trumps team dies, or Trump casts the ability again. This ability has a 2500 unit range from Trumps current position. 180/150/120 second cooldown.
