Passive: Unstable energy:

Erron draws energy from allied and enemy spellcasts within 2000 units of him. Each spellcast increases his “Charge” by 100, at 300 Erron gains a stack of Unstable energy which grants him buffs and additional stats.

~ At 50 Stacks: Erron gains 20% CDR and 25% Bonus MS ~ At 75 Stacks: Erron gains 25 AP and Null Pulse Upgrade ~ At 100 Stacks: Erron gains 50 AP and Concussion Blast Upgrade ~ At 150 Stacks: Erron gains Unstable Portal Upgrade 1 ~ At 200 Stacks: Erron gains 75 AP and 20% Bonus Armor and MR ~ At 250 Stacks: Erron gains Unstable Portal Upgrade 2 ~ At 300 Stacks: Erron gains 100 AP

Additionally Erron gains Bonus AP equal to half of his current stacks. (While he stops getting buffed at 300, Unstable Energy stacks infinitely, giving uncapped Bonus AP)

Q: Null Pulse:

CD: 2 sec Missile Width: 125 Range: 750

Erron gains one stack of Null Pulse every 24/21/18/15/12 sec. The CD is not affected by CDR but, every time his Charge reaches 100, the CD is reduced by 8/7/6/5/4 sec and gaining a stack of Unstable Energy completely reduces the CD and grants him a stack. Also, Null Pulse doesn't act as a spellcast for the purposes of his passive.

Erron fires out a pulse of stored energy dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+50% AP) (+25% of Unstable Energy) to the first enemy hit and stopping them from using abilities for 1 sec.

~ Null Pulse Upgrade (Unlocks at 75 Stacks) AoE: 400 (200 radius)

When Null Pulse hits its target or reaches the end of its range it explodes dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+30% AP) (+25% of Unstable Energy) to all units within 200 units and they are unable to use abilities for 1 sec.

W: Energy Barrier:

Passive: Every 40/36/32/28/24 sec Erron gains a Spell Shield which blocks the next spell that hits him. When the shield is popped he instantly gains a stack of Unstable Energy. The CD for a new shield doesnt start till the first one has been popped.

Active:

CD: 20/17/14/11/9 AoE: 600 (300 radius)

Erron starts drawing energy from his surroundings and after 5 sec he releases a wave of void energy dealing 100/135/170/205/240 (+40% AP) and slowing all enemies hit by 25/30/35/40/45%. Each spellcast during the charge time increase the damage by 20% and the slow by 5%. The bonus can reach a max of 100% bonus damage and 25% slow.

E:Concussion Blast:

CD: 15/13/11/9/7 Missile width: 125 Range: 675 Cone AoE: 200 units + 30° angle

Erron fires a blast of energy which explodes on the first target hit dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+50% AP) and slowing the target for 40% for 2 sec. When it explodes it sends out to shockwaves on each side of the target hit which deal 40/55/70/85/100 (+30% AP) and push the target 200 units from where the were hit in the direction of the blast and are slowed by 40% for 1 sec . If the unit collides with terrain, they are stunned for 1 sec and take 50% increased damage. The target struck by the projectile is not affected by the displacement. This ability can be reactivated while the projectile is traveling to cause the explosion.

~ Concussion Blast Upgrade (Unlocks at 100 stacks)

Concussion blast now has a 45° angle and if a unit collides with terrain they take double damage and have thier MR reduced by 30% for 3 sec.

R: Unstable Portal:

CD: 140/110/80 AoE: 800 (400 radius)

After channeling for 1 sec, Erron creates a portal to any area within 2000/2500/3000 units and instantly teleports. When he reaches his locations he sends out a shock wave dealing 150/275/400 (+50% AP) to all enemies hit. The portal lasts for 8 sec, but Erron can travel through it one time after the initial relocation. At the end of the duration, the portal collapses dealing 100/175/250 (+50% AP) to all enemies hit by the returning shock wave. When the portal collapses, the shock wave starts at the end of the first shock wave (800 units / 400 unit radius) and moves into the center. This damage only happens at the exit of the original cast. (While the channel is charging, a portal is able to be seen at both sides of the cast as it is forming)

~ Unstable Portal Upgrade 1 (Unlocks at 150 stacks)

Allies can now travel through the portal both ways, but only once. Also, Erron and all his allies that travel through the portal receive a 100/220/340 (+30% AP shield) and get 30% bonus MS that lasts for 3 sec.

~ Unstable Portal Upgrade 2 (Unlocks at 250 stacks)

The portal now send out a shock wave every sec deals 60/80/100 (20% AP). This effect happens at both sides of the portal and lasts as long as the portal is up.

I don't know why but a lot of Void champ concepts have to do with spell casts stacks. Idk, it might be a thing or not.

Otherwise I like the guy, he seems like someone who would benefit from building tanky since he seems like he'd be going near a lot of enemies. He definitely has a lot of displacement abilities.

Overview

Is he going to originate from the Void? If he is, then his name should be changed. Cho'Gath, Kha'Ziix, Kog'Maw, Rek'Sai, and Vel'Koz are all the champions that originate in the Void. The all have a 2 syllable name where each syllable is separated by an apostrophe. If he's just a guy that got infused with Void powers, then he can just be Erron.

Passive

I don't like his passive. He gets stacks for doing nothing. The only way to counter this as the enemy would be to not cast spells, which isn't really counter-play. All the other infinite stacking champs have work for their stacks. I don't see why he doesn't have to as well. I also I don't see why he needs AP boosts from this while each stack already gives him 0.5 AP. At 300 stacks, he gets 400 AP. Plus all the other stuff that's in there. With only Rabadon's and 300 stacks, I'd have 676 AP.

Don't get me wrong, I think that the boosts to his abilities from the stacks is cool, but he doesn't have to work for them at all.

Q

Every time anyone casts a spell, the cooldown gets reduced? He actually reduces himself when he casts this. Not sure if this was intentional, but it should be changed. Again, it involves 0 counter-play. How many stacks of his Q can he have? Infinite? 50? 20? 10? 5? 3?

The AP ratio on that is ridiculous. 100%? Don't worry, I'll be over here, dead.

Can he reactivate it to explode it early? Is there a cap on how much the damage can be increased by? Why doesn't it get a bonus at a certain number of stacks? And again, the bonus damage on this has no counter-play, except to not be in range.

Vel'Koz Q except with a lot more utility. And not a huge difference in damage.

Hi Diamond here are a few thoughts:

Passive: I think if you want to have AP associated with this, then his spell casts should lose stacks as well. This fits the theme of "Unstable Energy" as well as makes him work more for things. Otherwise, I'd stick to just having ability upgrades only.

Q: How many stacks of this can he have to fire at once? Ratio should be cut down to something like 50-60% if this ability is going to be so spammable with CD reduction and it charging itself. Also, upgrading this ability gives it extra damage, a draw in, and a slow on top of damage and a silence. It's just too much at once. I like the detonation aspect, but it needs to pick only 1 of the 3 things (damage/vortex/slow).

W: Sort of a mini nunu/galio ult. Can he move while casting this? What's the cap on the damage/slow? There needs to be one. Will the passive share a cooldown with banshee's?

E: Having a hard time visualizing this, do you think you could give us some imagery? :) Also, the upgraded spell again offers too much. This guy has CC for days.

R: Cool idea, but needs some balancing. I like the channel, but it needs to be slightly longer and during the channel, the targeted place Erron is teleporting to needs to show a portal starting to form (some indication like pantheon ult). Secondly, the first upgrade can't give shields (just movement), and the second upgrade should choose between more damage or slow.

Overall interesting ideas, it just needs a lot of trimming (does too much at once for most abilities).
