A way to deal with IP problems

Nowadays, there are a bunch of old players that have every champion, all the runes, basically everything that can be bought with IP. Then, their IP becomes useless. In so many youtuber vids i see their stacked up IP, which exceeds 100k, and its sad to see that its useless.

SOLUTION An IP shop, kind of like what Riot did with a few months ago! Remember the time we could get random skins+champs for a random discount? WE NEED AN IP VERSION One thing though. It can only be obtained after you buy every single champion (runes? who cares?) Then, a special shop tab is opened. Each week, random champion skins/ward skins/icons will be added and people can buy them for IP! Except they would be reaaaaaallllyyyyyy pricy. So it can become another goal for people that have every champion.

Of course, with Riot throwing out new champs every month or so, getting them all will be a problem. So, if Riot releases a new champion, the IP shop will still be open until the end of the week, then you must get that champion before the shop is available again. Sounds good?

TL:DR make an ip shop for people that have every champ.

I don't like your idea as it would give incentive to buying all the champions with rp. Something that may make riot lots of money but would also cause massive backlash. Right now although there are over 130 champs and more coming, you really only need to buy like 30ish to cover all of your favorites and maybe a few mistake buys and most people hover around playing the same 10ish champs.

Also the hextech mystery champion shard also can still be bought in store. It costs 1700 ip. Its just to random for my tastes to be spending that much ip when I don't need new skins anyways because I only really play like 10 champs.

Well there are now the chroma sales where people can buy chroma skins for ip.

I mean currently there are 31 chromas on the pbe,those alone would cost 62000 ip,almost as much as 10 new champs. If they keep expanding on the chromas,then they easily have an ip-sink for the older players.
