The head is different however, looking more like Championship Thresh's head. Also he has no sword and the chestplate mould is slightly different.
Notes: A champion with a whole lot of lightning and AoE moves.

ABILITIES:
Passive: Lightning Arc Strike- Every 20 attacks to non structured units dealt, will cause the next one to arc across to up to 5 enemies dealing 5% damage of the recent attack. The units hit, will be marked with a lightning symbol. The mark strikes the unit with lightning dealing 10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95 magic damage after 7 seconds if the unit is still within range of Shokk, if they are in brush or fog of war when lightning strikes them, they become visible to the whole team Shokk is playing on for 1 second.
Q: Voltblast- Shokk releases a ranged blast of electrical energy, slowing and dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (+70% AP) magic damage to enemies it passes through. (85/90/95/100/100 Mana) (9/9/8/6/6 Cooldown)
W: Shockwave- Passive: A wave of lightning comes over Shokk and empowers him, giving him 10% increased movement speed and 2x the attack speed for 2/3/4/5/5 seconds. Active: Any enemies touching or very near Shokk while activating this skill will be dealt 10/15/20/25/30 true damage. (80/80/80/80/80 Mana) (15 Cooldown)
E: Electrical Whip- A long, whip of electricity is created and attacks all enemies in a cone in front of him dealing 90/140/190/240/290 (+ 75% AP) magic damage. (90/95/100/110/115 Mana) (15/13/11/9/8 Cooldown)
R: Surgeburst- Passive: If there are any, this ability kills all turrets or snares in the area. Active: Shokk surges, releasing a pulse of electrical energy in a large area all around him, enemies within the area are dealt 200/300/400 (+115% AP) magic damage while Shokk gets a short movement speed buff that lasts 5 seconds. When this ability is used, passive is automatically ready for the next attack. (100/100/100 Mana) (100/90/80 Cooldown)

LORE: Born an Ionian, Jyun refused to undertake Wuju; instead he wanted to become a knight of Demacia. Seeing he was untrained and obviously unready, Garen, who had been the person Jyun came to enquire about this position, laughed and said that he shall never be a knight as he is too spontaneous and young. Since that day, Jyun sought to discover the legendary power that lay in the heart of the Tempest Flats so he could prove himself worthy as a knight. He had read everything there was to know, this was no legend. After much preparation, Jyun headed across the sea, towards Noxus, carefully avoiding Icathia to the Tempest Flats. Storms were extremely frequent around the flats, occasionally a lightning bolt would strike just a few feet from Jyun. Then he saw it. The power was in the form of a surging ball of electrical energy. Jyun, hesitated, thinking what good this would bring him. Then he remembered Garen’s laugh. He reached forward, touched it and everything blacked out. He awoke to find he was safe and in some sort of cave. He looked at his body to find that he was still normal. He looked around to find a man, Yasuo, in the cave. Yasuo realised he had awoken. Jyun had thanked Yasuo, and let out a small shock. He soon realised he could control lightning. He changed his name to Shokk and went on his way to the League of Legends, donning epic armour and getting ready to bring suffering to Garen on the Field of Justice...

I am quite unfamiliar with many terms in LoL so please don't be too harsh (and yes I know he has too many AoE skills). Please tell if he is too Overpowered or Underpowered and what tweaks I should make! Thanks!
