If the newest rumors are supposedly true then it's likely the next champion to be released is Ao Shin the Storm dragon so I've had a great idea! This would be a perfect chance to put in a Dragon Ball reference sense both Shen long From DB and Ao Shin are going to be lightning related dragons ( or atleast I'm pretty sure that's what they mean by "storm" ). I just thought of the connection and thought I'd post it and see what people thought.
Serenity1 votesI really feel like Ao Shin is never going to happen. He's already been delayed to 2015 and now that it's 2015 he's delayed til 2016.

Did they actually announce that they're delaying him till 2016 or is that a guess on your part?

It's on the LolWiki page for him.
