First: His Q will give you vision of stealthed targets while it's latched onto them so try timing it when they're about to stealth for champions like twitch, rengar, wukong ect.
Second: His Q counters fizz E. Connect the Q right before Fizz E's and as it's a leashed CC, he can't get rid of it and it pulls him out of the untargetable state.

For any of you who do not understand why this happens, it's because these champions become untargetable during these spells, but are still able to take damage (I.e. ignite still ticks through vlad pool, fizz pole). The channeled yank then proceeds to go through, along with the proc damage

Zerenza1 votesMost likely in an instance that he dived you or something and tried to use his E to get out but you either Remounted or had your Q off cooldown. Or if you almost kill him and your Q is off cooldown so he tried to E away. Or if he goes in on you (Good Fizz's lead with their Q+W not their E) and you can just Q him before his E will save him.
Chad Te Employee1 votesUnless you ult and the person has no escape move (Zhonya,blink,etc.) then you are applying more damage by initiating with your e+w combo. I believe his q also resets the aa time so a q after 1 aa stacks even more.
Zerenza1 votesYou Q applies the damage of your W without having to auto attack, so then you can still get some AA's in, ignite and E out of tower range. That's why you lead with Q+W.
(i have died many a time to that combo)
And if your level 6 of course you fit in your ult after the Q+W or on your way out to finish em off.

As a recent Kled main (probably sounds stupid, but its true) all you have to do is throw the bear trap at him as he dashes on to you.

EviIGreenRanger1 votesAnother tip: If your Q happens to latch onto say an invisible twitch it'll force them out of stealth. Least that's what happened in my last game, threw out a random Q for CS and ended up snagging an invisible twitch.
