Champion Concept : Iznal the Biomaster
Once a struggling orphan from Zaun, Iznal was abducted by Singed for his insane experiments. After years of torture, Singed's experiments were a success, and the biomaster was created.
Iznal can manipulate his cells to increase either his offensive capabilities or his durability.
Passive: Blessing in disguise- Iznal takes 5% reduced damage from magical or physical damage over time effects.
Q: Great Leap- Iznal strengthens the cells in his legs to leap a small distance before landing dealing physical damage equal to 50% of attack damage +(20/25/30/35/40% Attack damage). Enemies within melee range of Iznal upon jumping are knocked back a short distance. (12/11.5/11/10.5/10 second cooldown) [Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana]
W: Sundering Strike- Iznal throws a punch so powerful, enemies hit are slowed by 20% for 1.5 seconds dealing magic damage equal to 50% of ability power +(30/35/40/45/50% Ability power) (13/12/11/10/9 second cooldown) [Cost: 70 mana at all ranks
E: Tortured Sprint- Iznal burns some of his cells to drastically increase his movement speed. Iznal gains 35% increased movement speed. 20/18.5/17/15.5/13 second cooldown [Cost: 35% current health at all ranks] While this ability is active Iznal is unable to cast other abilities due to a lack of manipulable cells.
R: Biomaster's Revenge- Iznal strengthens every cell in his body gaining increased armor and magic resistance at the cost of movement speed. (+20/40/60%) armor and magic resistance increase. (-20/40/60% movement speed.) [Cost: 100 mana at all ranks] (90/75/60 second cooldown.)
