KIT
Passive: Growing Insanity: when you kill a friendly minion or when somebody else kills enemy minion gain 4/5/6 gold and 1/2/3 point(s) of Insanity. Also, gain 1 point of Insanity every 4 sec. In addition, whenever you get an assist on champion kill, heal yourself for 3/4/5% of your maximum health.
Insanity Stacks up to 100. Increase your attack damage by 0,25/ 0,35/ 0,45 per point of insanity. Lose 35% of stacks when killed.

Aura of Insanity [e] Passive: whenever friendly champion (you included) attack any target withing range of this ability, then that target will become marked for 4 sec. For every other friendly champion attack on marked enemy mark grows stronger. When mark expires it will deal damage based on number of different champions who attacked marked enemy. Mark will deal 40/50/60/70/80 (+15% of ability power) (+2% of your max health) magic damage per stack. Range: 385
(A note: it works like this: some friendly champion or you attack an enemy and then that enemy will be marked, any other friendly champion attacking adds mark strength, but only 1 stack per friendly champion, meaning maximum 5 stack in 5v5 game or maximum 3 stacks in 3v3 game; a little bit similar to Leona's passive)

In the city of Zaun there is an insane asylum called "Calm Meadows". It takes care of 140 patients and have 40 people working in it. Most of patients are nearly harmless and put their because of their political views or for a strange life-style. But, not all is calm and dandy there. One of the patients was different than other.

Patient appears to be mutated from the high exposure to unknown magic source. Exact manner or extent of corruption is uncertain, but mental state of the patient is extreme unstable.

Doctor: i will not look, keep drawing. Zebaal: hey, doc, why do you like red color? Doctor: who told you that i like red color? Zebaal: me. Or maybe me. Don't know, but do you like red color? Doctor: not particularly. My favorite color is blue, though.Zebaal folded piece of paper in half.
Zebaal: first part is over. Say, doc, who are cuter: dogs or cats? Doctor: dogs, i guess. Zebaal: have you ever had a dog? Doctor: yes, i had a pet dog when i was little. Zebaal: do you prefer day or night? Doctor: day. How about you? Zebaal: all done, i finished my drawing.
Zebaal folds piece of paper again and hands out his drawing.
Doctor: can i look at it now? Zebaal: depends. Do you want to look at it? Doctor: well, my job is to took at it, but i want to know if you want me to look at it. Zebaal: first answer one question: are you afraid of me? Doctor: no. Zebaal: you should be.
Doctor unfolds piece of paper. On one side he seen little comic with a dialogue. In comic there were two people: one with X instead of face and another with T instead of face. Dialogue goes like this: X: can i look at it now? T: depends. Do you want to look at it? X: well, my job is to took at it, but i want to know if you want me to look at it. T: first answer one question: are you afraid of me? X: no. T: you should be.
Doctor: what... how you did that? Zebaal: you should really look at other side of the paper. You really should.
Doctor turns around piece of paper. On other side T person was standing behind X person, then started repeatedly stabbing X person with a something which looked like a pencil. Paper fell out of doctor's hand.
Doctor: what... what is the meaning of... this? Zebaal: future, doc, that's is our future. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow. I said, you should. One plus two plus one plus two.

"Doctor's note on Zebaal's" Patient mentioned several times about Lady Eirai, who is probably a hallucination of his. It is hard to conclude whether she was a real person or is completely imagined. Patient often comments on how she whispers him in his sleep.
Recording of their conversation: Doctor: could you tell me more about Lady Eirai? Zebaal: she is like me. It happened to her as it happened to me. But, she is different. She can go away from this place. She can visit places. She walks through walls and always whispers. Doctor: have she ever visited you? Zebaal: yes, every day. Doctor: how does she look? Could i ever talk with her? Zebaal: yes, you can. She also wants to talk to you. She is now in the roam, just look behind you. Doctor: (started screaming)

One day three patients disappeared without a trace. One of them was Zebaal. How or where they disappeared asylum staff couldn't answer. After inspection of Zebaal's ward several clues were found. Behind a bed he drew how he will escape and how someones checks behind his bed.

~~ ~~ STRATEGY
As a support Play save, let your ADC farm and kill your own minions with W denying farm from enemy ADC. Early, you are not very strong and weak against pokes. I would suggest playing extremely passively until level 6. After that, you gain a power spike (especially with fully stacked passive). Pro players should be able to combo R and W into huge leap getting into position easily. Also, getting help of teammates is essential, because most of his kit is based on helping other teammates getting kills. Normal players should use W to engage, Q to stun focused target ant then knock him/her back into right direction. Ability priority: R > E > Q > W or R > Q > E > W In addition, don't use abilities too much without a reason, because high mana costs of them would drain your mana pool very fast. I would suggest starting game with
and four mana potions.

Playing top You will lack tankiness and sustain, so i wouldn't recommend playing top. Still, stun and easy engage/disengage tools allows playing top as off-tank bruiser. For top lane i would suggest this build:

Playing jungle This would be his worst role for him. Nearly no AOE and sustain would make jungling extremely hard. Als, ganking would also be a pain. Nevertheless, he could jungle. For jungling i would suggest this build:
