So Twisted Fate can sorta be like Lupin III, but who would make a good Inspector Zenigata?

I'm not a huge Lupin III fan, but you gotta admit the above clip from the recent CGI movie is amusing.

Twisted Fate seems like the kind of guy who could pull off silly shenanigans like this, but Caitlyn definitely would not fit the bill for Inspector Zenigata. She's hardly the bumbling type. And Graves definitely wouldn't fit either, especially since he's now TF's partner-in-crime again ever since the Bilgewater event.

We seriously need a Lupin III inspired skin line, but who should play Zenigata?
