(Marksman Concept) Maestral, the Wild Warden
A child who died; lost in the streets of zaun, brought back by magic and nanohextech gone wrong. Attacks with a mechanical heated scythe that cleaves the air into bullets to attack; or fire large bolts from the magic cannon aparatus at the end of the staff. He's obsessed with an insane flawed concept of revenge oriented black and white justice, wherein he is the be all and end all of law.

- Every 4th basic attack becomes empowered, and will fire off bolts at the two closest nearby targets, each dealing (+ 75% AD) physical damage and applying on-hit effects. These bolts cannot critical strike.
- In addition, Maestral's Bloodseeker empowered Autoattacks will deal bonus (20% of bonus AD) magic damage to any target inflicted with Slow, Stun, Disable, Suppression, Grievous Wounds or Fear; as well as targets affected by Infernal Justice's Active.
Q: Infernal Justice
Passive: Any physical damage Maestral inflicts, applies a stack of Judgement up to 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 stacks. Each stack of Judgement reduces self healing by 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 % per stack.
Active: Maestral metes Justice on all nearby enemies with stacks of Judgement inflicting 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+40% Bonus AD) physical damage per stack as well as dealing an additional 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 %AD true damage over 6 seconds if max stacks are consumed.
Infernal Justice reduces incoming healing from allies by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 % during the 6 seconds of the duration. Maestral cannot inflict any stacks of infernal justice while it is on cooldown.

Passive: Dealing damage with basic attacks to enemy champions grants 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 AD and 1% Lifesteal. This effect stacks up to 10 times for a maximum bonus of 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 AD and 10% Lifesteal. Stacks last 4 seconds.
Active: Activate to apply a shield that mitigates 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% of all incoming damage for for 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 seconds. Maestral cannot inflict any stacks of Wild Devourment while it is on cooldown; however stacks are not removed by activating it.

- Active: Maestral swings his scythe ahead of him rending the space ahead of him open for 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 seconds travelling ahead 300 units pushing away all non immobile entities as it travels. The void absorbs all incoming ranged basic attacks, and empowers Maestrel's Next autoattack to deal (100% of critical chance) of the damage absorbed as bonus physical damage. This effect does not interrupt; it merely displaces.

*Active: Maestral embodies Justice, using their scythe to create waves of solid energy, for the next 4 / 5 / 6 seconds, causing his basic attacks during this period to deal 35 (+1.5% Missing Health) / 60 (+3% Missing Health) / 85 (+5% Missing Health) (+20%AD at all ranks) bonus physical damage to his primary target and additionally ricochet to the closest enemy Champion with the lowest percent Health to deal 25 (+0.5% Missing Health) / 50 (+1.5% Missing Health) / 75 (+3.5% Missing Health) (+15% AD At all Ranks) physical damage. Furthermore, all on hit effects are applied on the ricochet as well. Every champion kill increases the duration of Executioners Reckoning by 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds while it is active.
