1: 40 ap is worth 870 gold, 10 magic pen is 311 gold and 45 ms is 540 gold, that's a no (1721)

2: 35 AD is worth 1225 gold, Lethal is worth 225 gold + 540, that's also a no. (1990)

3: 1050 gold, 35% AS is 875 gold + 540 (2465)

4: 200 Health is 433.33 gold, 25 armour is worth 500 gold, 30 MR is worth 540 + 540 (2023.33)

5: 100% mana regen is worth 500, 8% shield power is worth 283.33, 10% CDR is 266.66, 540, (1590)

maybe cut back a bit on the stats
