[Champion Concept] Kafka The Unspeakable of Demacia

I felt bored so I thought I'd wisp up something kewl and fun to play as.
Kafka The Unspeakable of Demacia
Summary A woman of Demacia warped by her desire for justice resort to other means than Demacian Justices. Dirty and underhanded playstyle undermining the quick and clean justice Demacia has going for it.

Gameplay
Passive: Dirty Justice Each time an enemy champion is slowed, blinded, or silenced by Kafka, Kafka's cooldowns are reduced by 1 second .
Q: Black Serpent Smog Kafka commands her pet to breath smog in a cone in front of her that builds up over time, enemy champions standing inside takes periodic damages and debuffs that stacks each second and if it reach maximum stacks they are immediately blinded and silenced. Kafka cannot move during this time, but is able to cast spells or basic attack.
W: Tendon Cut Kafka spins on her feet weapon low cutting at legs, enemy units hit by the blade are dealt damage and slowed. Enemies unit hit by the shaft has their damage dealt to Kafka reduced instead.
E: Halberd of the Condemned Passive: Basic attack deals additional true damage to blinded, silenced, and slowed units. Active: Slash at a target dealing damage and expunges blind, silence and slow on the target to nearby enemy units.
R: Corrupt Justicar Two Separate Actives Active V1: Kafka splits a target champion into two components. If it has been silenced, blinded, or slowed, Kafka's serpent consume the spirit and heals Kafka a flat amount time how many crowd control were inflicted. If it has not been silenced, blinded, or slowed, Kafka instead consumes the spirit and deals increased damage to the target. Active V2: Only available during Black Serpent Smog. Kafka ignites the smog causing a violent explosion dealing all of the periodic damages from Black Serpent Smog upfront and additional damages based on which is greater between Kafka's missing health and remaining health.
Lore In Demacia, justice is the value of all citizens, the rights lives freely, and the wrongs punished. But even justice can be taken too far... Even the wrongs can get a slap on hands or none at all and the rights get punished. Such was a case with a widow Katrine Divinehand, she and her husband had just returned from a charity meet, they were on the rise to help the weak. But such is not an easy truth, in reality the said Charity were a lie and a scam exploiting the good people willing to help the weak. The Might of Demacia apprehended Katrine's husband and accused him of the crime. The only ones who truly knew he wasn't a criminal was Katrine, and she could only howls in despair as her love of the life is taken away to be executed. She watched on the gallow as his lifeless body limps from the neck. Revenge was sworn since that day. Having general knowledge of science that she has since left long ago because of her husband. She originally lived in Piltover and has genius level on par if not lower than Heimerdinger, a unparalleled genius, but no one knew she was that smart. Believing that science would aid her in her revenge she pulled out her tools from her attic in her lonesome house, and begun her works. She sent orders for specific items and materials around the nation and world, including Noxus, Demacia's hated archenemy, the regular channel would not help, so she had a contact smuggles it through. All of the materials assembled, all that's left is intense researching, guessing, experimenting, and finalizing product. The experiment would of course includes Katrine as the main subject. By combining the technology and materials from Zaun, Piltover, Demacia, Noxus, Ionia, Bilgewater, and Bandle City, she had created a potent substance in shape of a baby snake, one that could solve many of the global problems, but in her quest for vengeance... she did not care. She immediately took the substance, grafted it onto her burning away her skin, scarring her own body, and a spirit more than ten time the size of the baby snake emerged from her body. A question was asked, "You whose would throw away salvation for devastation, ask of me anything you wish." Her answer is blatantly obvious, to destroy the would be justice and enforces her own vigilance injustice. With that said the spirit mutated into a halberd not unlike an executioner's axe. Thus her name discarded and became Kafka. Having been made a manifestation of revenge, her first target were the scammers within the charity, effortlessly wiped them out slowly and brutally alike torturous execution. Her next target? Garen, the man responsible for her husband's death. Just as he took away her love, she would takes away Garen's... The quest of vengeance begins with trail of bloods and torment.
