Teemo had like 70% more votes than Diana, the system didnt matter at all they just showed it to make people think that they care for the community, almost noone plays Diana its just that she got the skin because teemo already has around 7

Conspiracy theory continue. Remember when the lunar revel where Trydamere, Riven and Diana had a skin and there was this voting thing for everyone to see which free icon we would get and Diana won. Well I bet she didn't win that fair and square too. She has Riot under her thumb.
