this concept is purely for fun and staying true to the power level of the character, i am aware that would possibly be OP lol

Passive - Rising Force > Drakath has no mana, all mana from items are converted to HP and Mana regen to Health regen, instead of mana he generates Chaos energy through casting abilities, and his auto attacks deal bonus 40-80 on hit magic damage (+15% Armor)(+10% MR) per 20 Chaos energy charges (max 200-400 bonus on hit magic damage (+75% Armor)(+50%MR) at 100 Chaos Energy Charges), however the more Chaos Energy Charges he has the slower his Attack speed becomes

Q - Chaos Slash/Chaos Blast > Drakath slashes out with his sword dealing 50-130 magic damage (+40% AP) to enemies in a cone in front of him and slowing them this ability generates 10 Chaos Energy charges per cast at 100 Chaos Energy this ability this ability becomes Chaos Blast increasing in range and AP scaling goes up to 55% AP and, consumes all Chaos Energy Charges and generates 25

W - Manipulative Melody/Agonizing Melody > Drakath casts a magical music note at the target location, charming all enemies in it towards the music note for 1.5 seconds, generates 10 Chaos energy charges per cast at 100 Chaos energy this ability becomes Agonizing Melody now stunning enemies instead of charming and deals 30-90 magic damage (+50% AP), consumes all chaos energy charges and generates 25

E - Swooping Strike/Swooping Death > Drakath rises into the air with his wings and becomes untargetable for 0.75 seconds, while in the air he can choose a direction to swoop down in, damaging and passing through minions and pushing back the first enemy champion hit dealing 20-120 magic damage (+55% AP) and apply on hit effects, this ability grants 15 Chaos Energy Charges per cast at 100 Chaos energy this ability becomes Swooping Death, now you travel further and pass through champions, deal 10% more damage to the next champion hit for every champion hit before them, consumes all chaos energy charges and generates 30

R - Primal Chaos > Drakath takes flight for 3 seconds becoming untargettable and has full view of the map without the fog of war, in that time he can choose 1 enemy champion anywhere on the map and fly to, on arrival gain 20%-60% damage mitigation and 30% Magic penetration at 100 Chaos energy you deal 60% of your AP as AOE magic damage upon landing but does not consume Chaos energy

OverView > Passive - being the champion of chaos and almost being the equivalent of a living impenetrable fortress riddled with catapults hurling flaming boulders i had to come up with something that could allow him to do a juggernaut's job, soak up damage and dish it out tenfold the power Q - during the game there are many instances where he uses his sword more or less as a staff or wand to cast magical attacks like a wave of chaos magic W - in one of the Arcs we see him mind controlling people with chaos magic melodies so this inspired the W ability E - this was purely my idea, he has wings and a sword, so it would make sense to just swoop down and hack away at the fools that get in his way, and with how the empowered version deals more damage the more enemies it hits it shows how even when out numbered he can put up a fight R - his favorite method of transportation/entering fights, crash down from the sky unexpectedly and wreck havoc while they are still shocked
