Is there room for another Zaunite chemical champion

One that is a DoT mage that all four abilities are flasks he throws on you that do DoT's. His passive could be something like he inflicts different effects based on the number of chemicals on the enemy. Make his ranged attack kind of like a chem-thrower. Just a thought that would fill a true DoT/debuff champion, add another Zaunite.
