So Riot, Why did the Crimson Elite skins stop?
I'm just curious if they have ever said why. I love the theme of these, even though there are only two with Riven and Talon. The Lore was awesome and style was cool.

I don't believe there has been any official word stating that the creation of this skin line has stopped. I think, though, that we have been focused lately on themes we can really push the level of detail, fantasy and quality. So things like the Blood Moon skins, Snowdown skins, and the like :)
Before we make any more Crimson elite skins, I personally think we should sit down and really define what makes a good thematic and story for a Crimson Elite skin. At the moment, I feel like they look a little too sci-fi to really look like an elite **Noxian **squad :)
My personal thoughts about this is that they didn't receive positive reactions or something. But I love Crimson Elite Talon, reminds me of Judge Dredd.
They were supposed to be the Noxian counterpart to the Commando skin line. Riot said the reason it stopped is that it really didn't have a completely connected identity, and they couldn't think of concepts that matched either existing skin for other Noxians. They also said they were considering revisiting the idea if it became popular again.
I like the sci-fi look of them. It isn't too sci-fi and tbh, you could easily make it not sci-fi but just a lot more smooth in style.
