Tibers mauling target

Gotta say Riot, even though I'm looking fowardwd to Zyras changes more, the Annie change just made me happy inside. Though now I pose a question. How does Tibers choose a mauling target if Annie stuns multiple targets?

probably the one he is closest too, or maybe the one she deals spells too

You can control Tibbers (including who he attacks) by pressing R on champions (or using ALT+right click).

Any other changes to Annie? I really don't think she is in a place to need buffs lol.
