Class - Mage Sub class - caster mage Lane - Mid, maybe Support and/or Top

Passive - Runic Force

Every 3rd AA against a champion deals bonus on hit Magic damage (+35% AP) and slightly knocks back the enemy

Q - Monolith

Summon a monolith at a target location, allies near the monolith restore health over time (scales with 18% AP) while enemies nearby take damage over time (scales with 20% AP)

W - Rune Blades

Forge a sword out of rune stones and shoot it in a line, damaging and passing through minions, dealing damage (+55% AP) and slowing the first enemy champion hit, if the sword hits a Monolith the monolith explodes dealing damage (+60% AP) to enemies around it and reduces their MR by 30% for 4s

E - Echoing Runes

Rune stones orbit all nearby enemies upon Cast, redirect 40% of all damage you take to the enemies with the runes orbiting them (+40% AP) for 4s

R - Terra Force

Double your resistances and grant yourself an aura that reduces nearby Enemies' max HP by 50%

Nice concept but the E and R need working on can't have an aura dealing 50% health and can the E be an aoe self cast which marks targets to redirect the damage to so the champ redirects % of the damage to the marked enemies

Had an idea for a rune user but never got around to finish it you have a nice take on rune use but I would have made more of a fast pace melee rune user.

Thought R can be life line mark a target so they die if you do within a time period.
