Icons and banner suggestions

i know this may be bigger work then riot would like to put into some icons. but:

could some of these special icons come with a special banner with them. like season 3 Gold and up could have the Elise banner. when the icon is on or season 4 Gold and up with morgana on the banner. maybe something like that..

really i am just pointing out. "Old man molesting the ball" is getting a little old to look at.
