Jeremiah, the outcast supreme
Jeremiah is a dark and mysterious character, having been ousted from his homeland for scrupulous behaviors no less than larceny, arson, and murder. His skill set revolves around not getting caught, being elusive, and most of all: Absolute skillcap. While champions of the past used dodge or untargetable as a way of RNG, Jerimiah may dodge and otherwise become untargetable at the cost of other stats and occupying the role of a cleanup carry similar to katarina, while offering NOTHING in the way of crowd control or unique mechanics which riot seems to LOVE creating without thought of controversy.
Passive:
_Dodgy Character: _ using any ability, item, effect, or passive to become untargetable, immune to damage, or otherwise removed from the game for purposes of applying damage or effects last half as long as they normally would.
Elusive Strike: Every 8 seconds Jeremiah gains a stack of Elusivity, at 3 stacks Jeremiah gains access to elusive strike. It can be cast three times.
1st strike: Dislodges projectiles such as auto attacks, point and click abilities, Brand ult etc. and moves forward dealing damage in a cone in front of him.
2nd strike: moves forward dislodging auto attacks, abilities etc. dealing damage and moving slightly further. also does damage in a cone but the size is smaller.
3rd strike: becomes untargetable for .25 seconds and phases forward a small distance shanking a target and slowing them by 33% decaying over one second.
Dodge: Activate to become untargetable for X seconds. deals no damage, doesn't apply spellblade or activate spellblade, interacts with nothing in the game. the dodge time increases with level up to lvl 18. The purpose of this ability is to be a short dislodge much shorter than Fizz or Fiora's dislodge, allowing him to sort of in a half the length of master yi q sort of way dislodge abilities for those with the skill to pull it off.

Cutpurse:
Passive: Gains 1 gold whenever an enemy kills a minion or monster nearby. That enemy earns 1 less gold per minion kill.
Active: launches a throwing knife that cuts purses from champions and lands on a wall behind them or on the ground. If Jerimiah or an enemy picks up this purse they get 20 bonus gold.
Dances with Phantoms:
Passive: When activated two decoys spawn and run off in opposite directions. You may choose which one you become after a brief delay. If both are killed before you may become one you die.
