Recently posted on reddit a mathematically inclined comparison of currently broken champions to the original big bad, pre rework kassadin, whose old Q and new Q have a similar score of "efficiency" to work with as a benchmark.

Tl;DR: Current meta champion bans have extremely efficient abilities compared to past overpowered champions and my method can be used to balance champion releases or even identify strong champions from just pbe patch notes by creating a skill efficiency Ratio.
