Abilities
Innate: The Conqueror’s Glory- Marcus divides the map into separate regions. He can Conquer these regions by getting a takedown on a champion or killing a large monster within these regions. While in these regions, Marcus gains The Conqueror’s Glory, granting him +10% movement speed and 10 (+2.5 per level) Attack Damage. If an enemy kills Marcus or an allied champion in a Conquered region, the region becomes, Contested. In addition, taking down an epic monster or destroying a tower grants you Conqueror’s Charisma while in the jungle or the lane of the felled tower, respectively. While you have Conqueror’s Charisma, you gain +15% movement speed while out of combat and cause all allied champions within 900 to gain +10% movement speed while moving in the same direction as you.
Q: Dominating Strike- Marcus’ next basic attack automatically critically strikes for (170%, 180%, 190%, 210%) damage and slows the enemy by (20%, 30%, 40% 50%, 60%) for 2.5 seconds. In addition, he reduces the hit enemy’s armor by (1% per 3% Critical Strike) for the next 5 seconds. Cost: 40 Mana; Cooldown: (11, 10, 9, 8, 7) seconds; Ability Type: Basic Attack Modifier
W: Scout The Land- Marcus sends out a Scout that watches the region he is currently in for 60 seconds. If an enemy champion walks within the scout’s field of vision, the scout pings the champion. If Marcus attacks an enemy within the same region as the scout, the scout will rush to Marcus’ aid. If the region is Conquered, the scout last 120 seconds instead. No more than one scout can exist within a region at one time. Cost: 70 Mana; Cooldown: 20 seconds; Ability Type: Pet Creation; Range: 350

E: Tactical Charge- Marcus charges forward, dealing (50, 90, 130, 170, 210)(+ 100% Bonus AD) physical damage and knocking back enemies along the path to the end of the dash and stunning them for 1 second. This effect can Critically Strike for 175% damage. If this is done while in a Conquered region, he gains +(15%, 22.5%, 30%, 37.5%, 45%) Attack Speed. R: Orchestrator of Battle- Passive: Marcus gains +(10%, 15%, 20%) Tenacity. Active: After 2 seconds, during which time this ability can be interrupted by hard crowd control, Marcus locks the region he is in for the next 8 seconds, preventing enemies outside of it from entering or or dealing damage to allies within the region. In addition, he automatically conquers the region, if it is not already, and grants The Conqueror’s Glory to all allies within regions he controls for (6, 8, 10) seconds.
