Q - His Q would blind people with a blast of glitter.

W - His W would have a rainbow trailing behind him.

E - His E would have little stars spinning over the enemy's head.

R - His R would be a star sitting on the ground, and would have an explosion of glitter and spinning stars and stuff when stepped on.
