Is Vel'koz going to be getting a new skin at any point soon?

It seems like a decent portion of champs that have come out around Vel'koz's release have gotten a second skin, Lucian, Yasuo, and now even Braum. I know I've seen a few decent ideas from fan creations, but was wondering if there was maybe anything concrete in the mix currently. Although he isn't a very highly picked champion, he's extremely enjoyable to play, and a new skin would be a nice touch. Also a side note, I'd have to say it's been one of Riot's better designed champs with clear weaknesses and strengths.

Jinx and Zac are both older than Vel'Koz and still only have one skin each. Just throwing that out there.

At least Skarner finally got a skin. That old bug deserved it without a single one in a looooong time.

And there are for sure other champs that deserve it as much if not more. Personally as a player who likes Zac, I'd rather them get him to a place that's more relevant than he currently is than a new skin, but that's just me. I believe I saw one that looked very cool in relation to the Chinese New Year, but I'm sure there are a bunch of cool concepts.
