Who would be best to give a Gundam skin? Which Gundam?

Anybody who watches anime has probably seen the Gundam franchise in some shape or form. While not the cream of the crop of anime (though Kira and Lacus remain extremely popular characters), they're still pretty good stuff.

This makes me wonder: Which Champion do you think would be the best to give a Gundam-inspired skin? And on that note, which Gundam in particular would you base such a skin off of?

I'd give such a skin to , but I dunno which Gundam I'd use as a basis. Closest I can think of is the Wing Zero from Gundam Wing.
