Make a minion a champion PLS

Hello this is just a thought that sneaked into my mind recently, so write all your ideas thoughts etc into the comments pls ;)

What if Riot'd create a minion if u want u can call him an released minion or something like that so here are a few ideas for his abilities:

make a minion stronger take control over a minion turn enemy minions to own minions throw a minion at an enemy spawn an additional minion wave/reset the timer of it place a minion guardian ( like a ward ;)) enhance minions speed let minions in the area target champs instead of mobs

and my favorite idea: his passive lets him turn into a minion on death so hes can provide Vision but however he cant really be a big thing in fights

For his ultimate I'd like an enhanced form of the previous mentioned abilities like i.e. turn all enemy minions to your owns / on a lane / a wave of minions enhance all own minions ( something like baron ) place a minion guardian that is as strong as a tower etc.

So what u think?

Years ago I made one of these in the creative discussion. I'm actually trying to find it right now, but I'm thinking that it was deleted with an update or something. I thought having him switch between Melee and Range, was a must. Also, he has a passive that boosts him based on how many other minions were near by. Although, I was thinking recently that having him split into a minion wave on death would be interesting. There is so much that could be done with a champion like this, that it is ridiculous that it hasn't been done already.
