Well, you pointed out often enough that you are not into manga and anime art style. So I think nobody is surprised here. ^^

Not sure how to feel. People I don't know, know me. Clearly my vote scores shows that's more infame than fame. Which proved that my theory 'no matter what I post people will hate' is true... Why don't anyone notice the brilliant Kat art I posted today?

You are quite active in these boards and I remember that we had some discussion about this topic, that's why I remember you quite well.

I don't think it is about hating everything you post, but I think you could reflect some habits of yours.

For example: why did you post here just to bash on someone else's art? If I had to guess, it was out of frustration because the artwork you just mentioned didn't get as much attention.

Is it really surprising for you that you get downvoted if you comment just to belittle an artist? That attitude, in all honesty, is respectless, sorry but that's how I see it.

You wouldn't think else if someone would go to your fanfic (yes, I know about them, I am pretty active here too :P) just leaving the comment "that's just bad", would you?

So I just mean... you are an artist yourself, show respect for your colleagues. And don't get frustrated about stuff like up and downvotes. The true value of art isn't measured by them.

First I beg for someone to give me a real review with actual thoughts instead of random downvotes. Second I am not an artist nor a writer. I am a critique. Third, the art is literally just a huge ass, huge boobs and huge eyes. Which I preferred to not say as it would really be rude. Fourth, just you can easily go and write a negative review if u don't like it. I love having both types of review as it means that people actually care.

Downvotes and upvotes aren't meant for personal vendetta, but for actual scoring of the content. Riot clearly ghost read it and like some of the ideas if they used it in the new lore and even the new chars got parts of my ff.

P. S the art doesn't belong to the Op.

Well you're also ignoring the tails, the coloring, and the outfit. If you were a critique, why would your first response to the art be that it's pretty bad? Couldn't you have just said you disliked the oversexualization of Ahri, as it distracts from the artist's skill?

Because it doesnt matter what I write, people will just hate me. I got experience of it at DA. I give detailed critique and at the end Im hated and called different swirls for saying what's actually wrong with the art. Right then? The skill is low if this is considered "good" of his/hers art.

Because I'm stupid like that. And the very few who actually don't hate me and give my work a chance, kind of convince me to continue even if I'll force end my Fiction pretty soon, because the majority of haters i got. And how do I act? I give a direct critique. I hate this "Awww so sexy/cute/blabla", filled with fake emotions and stuff. Never liked it and never will. The idea of a "review" or "critique" is to actually give an honest opinion, no matter if it hurts or not. I would of loved if someone gave me a negative review on my fanfiction. (which isnt grammar based, but actually story based). And I personally don't want to spent money on DA or FF.net to get a real review, just because people are too scared to not hurt my feelings or just dont care, because they see how "Not nice" I am, to comments I find stupid and dislike.

Not everyone is interested in giving a review or a critique. The first comment on this thread you gave was that it was pretty bad. Had you explained better the first time, you might not have gotten so many downvotes.

If people dislike you so much, then wouldn't they give you a negative review out of spite? If they don't care, it could be because they're not interested in fanfiction, rather than your reputation.

I've already said that even If I had given a long review it would be the same. As Ive already one it and saw the after effect. And I entered my last chapter once and I nearly 200 views in 24h. So it's unexplainable. Maybe there's a bot entering and giving my false hope that someone might write something.

The random downvotes are because of spite and because I dont actually find "huge boobs and butt" for "art", as they think. I didn't know that "art" must be "sexy" and "sexified" more than it already is. Sure i get it Ahri has a double D cup. She is a temptress, but this is overkilling. Way too much. And still. I dont own a full explanation to someone who isnt even the artist.

Repeating. Because im an idiot and I like doing it. I've wrong long and constructive posts a hundred of times and I still get the downvotes. N o matter what I say or do. I get them. I havent had a post in which I didnt fall under the 0. So please do not tell me how I'm just "non-constructive", because there's literally 10 posts here which had less construction "I see ahri I +1" has more construction? Hmmm? or Floof FLoof

They don't get downvotes because they are positive posts, and people want to live in a world where people are happy and enjoying each others creations and company. When you give negative feedback it takes more work to not come off as petty. Negative feedback always needs to come with explanation whereas positive feedback doesn't need the justification.

To me, art is an expression of whatever the artist wants to convey. This means that when i look at art i first try to enjoy the piece and then look for the meaning that the artist put into their work. To different people art means different things.
