[Challenge] Can you make this?

This is not a contest. Just a challenge, if you can make a champion concept based on a short guide. This is a challenge, so you can test you skills and creativity.

Can you make a champion, following one of there key aspects:

  1. Mage champion, who doesn't have any direct AP scalings, meaning his/her/its abilities doesn't deal more damage directly from AP, yet this champions needs to be a mage; or
  2. Champion with new form of CC, without using existing forms: knock ups/backs, stuns, roots, silence, fear, suppression, etc. This champion should use new form of CC; or
  3. A champion who could be played in any role, being a good ADC, support, solo top, solo mid and jungler, without any direct hard CC or mobility abilities: no stuns, suppressions, roots, dashes, blinks and so on. Soft CC and movement speed buffs can be in his/her/its kit, though; or
  4. A champion with only one active ability, yet with many different gameplay styles and options to play around.

I am working on a concept (temporarily) called Petra, the Waverider. I wanted the champ to rely on a new crowd control concept called "glip". Well she is an unfinished product and uses the existing slow but yea, wanted to show it. xd

Passive Waverider Idea 1. Gains increased movement speed when moving on bodies of water. (River, ult area). Idea 2. Gain decaying movement speed and mana regen buff over 5 seconds after damaging an enemy champion.

Q Threaded Tides Passively stores charges of Threaded Tides, up to 3.

Active: Sends out a water missile at target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies around first enemy hit. Sends another volley of up to 2 (based on Petra's stored charges) adittional missiles in the same direction.

W Some sort of a CC ability, need to think of that.

E Aqua Lash Causes water in target area to lash at target location, dealing damage and applying glip to all enemies hit for 1 second. The ability is cast like Rumble's ult. Has a reliably low cooldown.

Ultimate Flowing Tides Idea 1. Creates a HUGE lake around her where enemies take damage each second over 6 seconds, while granting Petra all bonuses of Waverider. Slows enemies on the lake based on how far they are from the center, and applies glip to all enemies in it for 0.5 seconds every second. Idea 2. Freeze an area around her for 8 seconds, applying glip to enemies hit for .5 seconds every X seconds. While active, all Petra's abilities become frozen, meaning that Threaded Tides changes to Frost Missile that pierces through all enemies hit, damaging them, and Aqua Lash has a 1.8 sec cd.

Glip: A concept for a new type of crowd control. Causes an enemy hit by it to move towards the direction they are currently moving to (imagine skating on the ice) over a set duration.

Unfinished, but wanted to show it. :d

I have ideas for 2 more cc, but I recently posted a champion concept with one binding cc that i think it should be valid for this

-W: Event Horizon (40 matter)

Creates an aura around Seyfert, enemy units that enter in it will be unable to escape it until the skill is deactivated after 3 seconds, dashes or flashes will be useless, only recalling or teleporting will allow to escape the Event Horizon, if Seyfert moves, all champions trapped with him will be dragged along with it while inside the area

Touching Seyfert's Event Horizon center (Seyfert itself or the Black Hole itself when mimicked) for more than 2 second while the skill is activated will root the champion for another 2 seconds

When a Black hole mimics Event Horizon, no enemy unit will be able to use them to teleport away


Also, Seifert doesn't have scalings set yet, he is based around a tanky mage that could scale his damage on matter like nasus's q stacks with some passive changes

I had an idea for a CC (regarding number 2) which makes it so that an enemy can't use auto-attacks for it's duration, but can still use abilities. Great v.s adcs and fighters, not great against mages.

I call it... disarm

It is one of my older posts so its poorly layed out but i did make a mage that dosent scale of ap :/. he is designed to be a split pushing support but dose work as a mage i guess. and his ult kinda has a new type of cc http://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/community-creations-en/rH0warOk-champion-concept-renwell-the-void-gatekeeper

I don't know if number one would ever be a balanced concept, unless you consider ad caster champs as a mage. If there were to be a mage that had abilities scaling off of a source other than ap the character would be able to itemize differently, likely as a tank, and still have competitive damage. If the abilities were to scale off of something that wouldn't easily allow them to build full tank then they would likely be wasting a lot of gold on unused stats.
