I had a weird Evelynn skin thought

Yes I know that Evelynn needs a VU first. Now with that aside, I was watching Linkara going over how awful Frank Miller's stuff has been since he did sin city. After watching the reviews for All Star Batman 1&2 and the Dark Knight Strikes Again pieces, I couldn't help but think of Evelynn for some reason.

1. Female dressed like a slut? Check.
2. Savage bloodthirsty psychopath? Check.
3. Sadomasochistic bondage queen? Check.
4. No one has any idea of who she is or what she's going on about? Check.
5. Potentially bad quotes that frank might write? Maybe. I'm going to give this a check.

So here's the skin thought: some sort of twisted superhero skin. It'd would be like frank miller doing a female batman but without the bats. Like Bad Kitty Evelynn or kitty cat evelynn. Or maybe give her a short cape and put an S-M symbol on her chest and call it the Shadow Maiden skin. Her Q could throw a spike that flies through the air instead of on the ground. Maybe add some blood effects when she E's someone. Her R could be an explosion specifically because that doesn't make any sense.
