As a skin line, the Headhunters are supposed to be based off of the Predator series right? Well why not an Alien series? First assumption would be the Void, but maybe other champions could get something as well.

The Alien has a lot of different themes that would be interesting to see translated into a skin-line. There's a lot of aesthetic allusions to phallic symbolism, birth, femininity, androgyny, sexuality, various body fluids (ahem..), etc, all baked into a twisted, nightmarish package.
I think a lot of female champions would be the best fit (i.e. as "alien queens"), but one could also work with space-jockey elements that would work well with some male champions.
Elements from the various stages of the Alien-monster's life-cycle and other features could be used in new combinations on any number champions. Space-jockey helmet on , Facehugger-inspired version of 's extra arm, 
's spiders as facehuggers, acid blood for 's spells, the eggs as 
's seeds, second jaw as Kog'Maw's "mouth cannon", their nest-structure made into armour, etc. No eyes, a long head and the iconic, organic texture would almost have to be the common features for the line.
Of course Riot would also have to set their own mark on the line, maybe through a broader colour scheme.

as fun as this would be, riot would have to be overly cautious because of copyright laws. The look would be hard to replicate without looking wrong, or being a copyright thing. I agree that it would be fun beyond all fun, but I think they are trying not to get themselves in trouble, and they don't want to release something that looks terrible because its as close as they could get.
