I love these so much. While (being a big Sona fan) the Sona one is my favorite, I think the Vi one is the best. I'm particularly impressed that the artist (Jay the Human) included the particle effects from the champ teasers too - the butterflies, petals, etc.
By all that is malicious and unholy, the suffering is exquisite.
God damn. I'm okay with the everyone else, I may have started getting a little heartache but when I saw Zed with Shen I almost cried. If you read Zed's lore you can see he never truly hated anyone. He was just jealous of Shen. Now he dies and even Shen mourns him.
The one with Caitlyn and Vi... that almost made me cry.

I felt like all of these were really well done besides the Garen one. Don't get me wrong, it is still fantastic, but the art style just seems totally different from the others so it doesn't feel like it fits well. I feel like it would have been more impactful if Kat has been the one standing over him, or if she was just sitting moody in the corner there while Lux was in the same position.
My favorites by far are the Zed and Vi ones though. The Zed one truly gives you the feeling the Shen is filled with regret and guilt over the fate of his old friend, as if there was something he could have done to save him, that he was never beyond redemption.
The Vi one is just a punch to the feels. I love it.
