Is Arclight Vayne delayed until next patch?
I really want to get it but it's still unavailable in the store. And why was it changed from 1350 to a 975?

You can always check out the patch notes to see if a skin will be released in the patch!
Generally, all skins aren't unlocked at the beginning of the patch, and instead, are unlocked throughout, which is why it shows up in the champion display page, but it cannot be purchased. She was always a 975 RP skin, the price for this skin hasn't changed.
it is gonna get released sometime before the next patch which lands in about a week and a half so expect it within the next week and a half to be released. It will probably go on sale to begin with for the first few days for 975 before reverting to full price of 1350 afterwards
