Historically, LCS Big play champions get skin priority since people mob to play the champions after seeing their heroes victoriously play them.

If that were truly the case, Zed would have 50+ skins by now.
Viktor has a total of 3 skins. His 2 release Skins and then Creator Viktor. (Prototype and Full Machine Viktor are his 2 release skins)
He needs a legendary skin. A skin that is like a pulsefire ezreal. I have always said he should become... mass effect reaper viktor.
