Give every player a ban in champion select.
People have been making the argument: More annoying champions, we want more bans.
But Draft can quickly take forever with someone banning slowly only to have someone dodge at the end because their champion was banned out.
I say, give every player a 10 second window to ban. That lets every teammate have input to at least ban a champion they get frustrated with.
10 seconds x 10 people = equal or less time then it takes for 2 people to ban 3 champions in the current system.
