Corvo Attano, the lord protector

A few days ago I was thinking about what certain video game characters would be like if they were LoL champions. One of them who came to mind was Dishonored's protagonist, Corvo Attano. Now, of course, he'll never be a LoL champion, but I thought about what abilities he would have and there are quite a few interesting concepts IMHO.

Passive: Assassin: If Corvo has not been seen by the enemy team for 5 seconds, he becomes stealthed. The stealth is removed if he enters enemy sight for two continuous seconds. Entering stealth causes Corvo's next attack to proc assassinate, causing bonus physical damage.

Q: Crossbow shot: Corvo shoots a target with his crossbow, instantly doing physical damage at range. Applies on-hit effects, can crit and can proc assassinate.

W: Adrenaline Rush (passive): Every 5 attacks, Corvo's next attack will proc assassinate. Dark Vision (active, toggled): Corvo gains unobstructed sight and his sight radius is increased. Drains mana while active.

E: Blink: Corvo blinks to the target location and attempts to attack a nearby target, prioritizing champions and low health targets. Applies on-hit effects, can crit and can proc assassinate.

R: Rat Swarm: Corvo summons a rat swarm at the target location. All enemy champions in the area are affected by rat swarm, being slowed and taking %max HP physical damage over time. The duration of Rat Swarm is reduced by the target's damage.

A few of those aren't anything special. His Q would pretty much be parrley, his E would be a melee version of Ezreal's and his stealth/assassinate mechanic wouldn't really be anything original. What I think would be very interesting are the Dark Vision and Rat Swarm concepts. Area reveals are something already fairly common, but unobstructed sight (the ability to see through brush and walls) is something only seen during Rengar's ult. I think having a champion using this mechanic as a core part of their kit would be very interesting.

Rat Swarm is also very interesting. I was wondering how you could emulate in LoL the fact that its victims can kill the rats, and having the duration reduced by the target's damage would do that very well. It would also make it a fairly unique ability; at the beginning of a team fight, Corvo would put it on low damage tanks and supports to keep them off him while he goes for the carries.

It's not much, but I think these two mechanics were worth sharing.
