Literally just turn Rammus into a moose. Change his Q to him lowering his head and charging. Make him grow thick fur with his W on and shed it when the effect ends. Nothing else needs to be done. I'd buy it for ultimate skin price.

Daww and like Guardian of the Sands Rammus, has little moose antlers sticking out of the sides when he spins.
