[Champion Concept] B.A.M. - Bandle Armored Machine
Let me preface this to say that this concept was inspired by this thread here: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-skins/EJBmvPW8-we-need-a-tank-champion-literally . I thought the concept sounded interesting enough to develop a kit for it.
Role: Marksman, Tank
Appearance: Large tank that is made of the latest hextech technology. There are lots of glowing gadgets attached to it. Like the attached picture but less gritty and more colorful. http://www.igorstshirts.com/blog/concepttanks/2012/diissar/diissar_01.jpg
Lore: B.A.M. was a secret project worked on by the bandle city military to provide the ultimate war-machine; to be mass-produced to provide the ultimate safety and security to the city. At first the project was looking to be a huge success, in fact too much of a success. The machine was out-performing the Noxian and Demacian equivalents by a large margin. Dissent began to spread among the people working on the project, fearing that having this kind of power would make the normally peaceful bandle city begin to do something rash and foolish. This dissent was amplified when evidence was found of collaboration with
. After
's lab was attacked by
, the project head suddenly left without a trace. B.A.M. is merely a prototype, but it is leagues more effective than anything seen before, and although the project was discontinued (And even banned by the government) B.A.M. still lives as a special forces unit in the Megling Commandos.

Auto Attack: Hextech machine gun turret shoots a few rounds. Range: 550
Passive - Objective Confirmed - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6921_btn.jpg Whenever B.A.M assists in destroying a tower or inhibitor, he gains one Accolade. B.A.M can spend accolades at the shop to buy special items that improve the tank's hardware. Note - These items do not take up an inventory slot, much like Gangplank's Ship Upgrades.
Reinforced Treads Costs 2 Accolades B.A.M. Ignores unit collision, when he moves over units he deals 10% of his Maximum Health as physical damage to them. Minions and monsters he moves over are stunned for 0.5 seconds. This damage cannot occur more than once every 1.5 seconds.
Hextech Plating Costs 3 Accolades 50% of B.A.M.'s armor is added to his Magic Resist. B.A.M. also takes 5% reduced damage from AoE spells.
Piercing Shells Costs 2 Accolades B.A.M.'s Fire! will go through the first minion or monster it hits before exploding, also dealing the direct damage to that minion or monster.
Siege Rounds Costs 4 Accolades B.A.M.'s Fire! deals full damage to structures. B.A.M.'s auto-attacks will also deal 5% of his AD as bonus physical damage when he basic attacks a structure.
Reinforced Armor Costs 3 Accolades While B.A.M's shield is active, he gains 60 Armor. (Also increasing shield value by 48.)
Anti-Air Missiles Costs 2 Accolades When a target is knocked airborne within 900 range of B.A.M., he will automatically fire missiles at them that deal 70/90/110/130/150 (+80% AD) Physical damage.
Morale Boost Costs 3 Accolades Upon Receiving a Kill or Assist, B.A.M's Attack speed is increased by 50% for 4 seconds.

B.A.M.'s main cannon moves independently of B.A.M. It points at the enemy nexus by default. (Like
's ultimate.)
Passive: If B.A.M. has not fired his main cannon in the last 8 seconds, he gains a 20/40/60/80/100 (+80% Armor) damage shield.
Active: B.A.M.'s main cannon moves to face the cursor. The cannon has a turn speed; it takes 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second(s) for the main cannon to turn 180 degrees. The cannon can be fired while it is turning.
Mana Cost: 10/10/5/5/0
Cooldown: 6/6/5/5/4
W - Fire! - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6789_btn.jpg B.A.M. fires his main cannon, shooting a fast moving line skillshot nuke. The first enemy hit takes 60/80/100/120/140 (+100%AD) physical damage, and nearby enemies within 120/140/160/180/200 range take 60% of this damage. Turrets take damage from Fire! but this damage is reduced by 50%. Note - Fire! does not go through walls. Upon hitting a wall the explosion will still damage enemies. Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 12/12/11/11/10 Range: 900
E - Overclock - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/16/icons_15542_btn.jpg B.A.M.'s yordle crew overclocks the machine, increasing its movement speed, its cannon's turning speed, and the cooldowns of B.A.M.'s Q and W by 40/45/50/55/60% for 4 seconds. Mana Cost: 65 Cooldown: 22
R - Specialized Ordnance - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/17/icons_16692_btn.jpg B.A.M. loads a special ammunition type into its chamber. On its first activation, B.A.M.'s abilities will change to load a different type of ammunition, upon activating an ability it will enhance B.A.M's next 3/4/5 Fire! activations (or after 40 seconds have passed) to apply one of three special effects. Reactivating the ult will cancel it and put it on a 6 second cooldown. High Explosive - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6418_btn.jpg B.A.M.'s main cannon's explosion radius is increased by 60/80/100 and it deals 40/60/80 bonus physical damage. Long Distance - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6413_btn.jpg The range of B.A.M.'s cannon shots is greatly extended to 1200/1600/2000 Stunning Shots - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6419_btn.jpg B.A.M.'s cannon shots stun targets for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds (even those hit by the explosion). (Gunner) "Weapons hot and ready." (Cannon) "Laying down some fire!" (Gunner) "Suppressing the target!" (Gunner) "Fire when ready!" (Gunner) "What's taking so long down there?" (Gunner) Using Ready...aim... "Target Acquired" (Cannon) "In my sights" (Cannon) "Main Cannon, locked on." (Cannon) "We've got a shot ready." (Cannon) Taunt "I don't have anything to say to you." (Driver) "You are interfering with our mission. Stop or be destroyed." (Cannon) "You just love getting pumped full of lead, don't you?" (Gunner) Joke - Preps the cannon, which then fires, but instead of a round it fires a large sign that says "BAM!", which then retracts. Laugh - All three laugh simultaneously.
